C-141B Starlifter Gulf War

This time let me present something a little unusual for me. The transport machine in 1/200 scale. Model made by Dragon. No modifications, no thrills, not too much referrences, just OOTB.

P-51 D FAD

This time something exotic: Dominicana was one of the last users of Mustangs, and in this particular camo the plane looks really great! Not easiest pattern of camo to follow, by it's done. Decals by Aztec.

JGSDF Type 82 Command Post

This is my rendition of nice Trumpeter's JGSDF Type 82 Command Post. For me a little bit exotic, but I had much of fun building it. This time I tried to made model of the vehicle straight from field exercises. Of course,  I do not know, how intensive are exercises of the Japans Self Defence Forces, but I like look of my model.

This is Italeri's rebox of Accurate Miniatures splendid model. Very detailed and really large model. Only omission in my oppinion is lack of the folding mechanism in wings.

GAZ-AAA 1/35

This is old Zvezda GAZ-AAA. Not so good as newest MiniArt, but not so terrible, too. Simple, but with some fidly places.

VW Schwimmwagen

It was one of the strangest constructions in the car industry. Let's face the facts: even today one can't buy really effective and cheap car which can swim. VW 166 is still the most mass-produced amphibious car in history. 

This is Eduard's ancient 1/16 model. Not without it's problems, but overall interesting and original construction. I like it, but it took me many years to finish it. (After it's time on the " shelf of doom" ;)

 Była to jedna z najdziwniejszych konstrukcji stworzonych przez przemysł samochodowy. Prawdą jest, że nawet dziś nie da się kupić sprawnego i taniego samochodu, który potrafi pływać. Dlatego VW 166 pozostaje najliczniej wyprodukowanym samochodem- amfibią w całej historii motoryzacji.

 Prezentowany tu model to stary produkt Eduarda w skali 1/16. Niezły, ale nie pozbawiony problemów. Budowa była ciekawym doświadczeniem, ale trwała wiele lat. ( Z czego najwięcej w "otchłani zapomnienia"). 

 Model był prezentowany jako foto-relacja na Armoramie, dlatego tu tylko jedno zdjęcie.

Spitfire in Africa

This is one of my older models. Only 3 images left in my archive. So this is a kind od nostalgic voyage to the past. It's Airfix' Spitfire Mk. V in americans hands.

To jeden z moich starszych modeli. Pozostały mi po nim jedynie trzy zdjęcia, a więc to rodzaj nostalgicznej podróży w przeszłość. Model to stareńki Airfix 1/48. Spitfore Mk.V w rękach amerykańskich pilotów.

P-26. Małe też jest piękne

When we say: "Yellow Wings" almost everybody knows what it means: golden years of american aviation. Hi-Tec, but with some romantic feelings. Aircraft from this part of history have very colorfull markings. But are also, relativerly small .This is the case of P-26's from Academy- my next model. In 1/48 it can compare with some 1/72 models. The true is, that it looks really good on images.

Kiedy mówimy "Yellow Wings" prawie każdy wie, że chodzi o złoite lata amerykańskiego lotnictwa. czas, gdy powstawały maszyny może4 nie aż tak bardzo zaawansowane technicznie, ale za to mające z pewnością duszę. Ozdobione pięknymi kolorowym oznaczeniami, były też relatywnie małe. Tak jest z moim następnym modelem, czyli P-26 Academy. Rozmiarami może się równać z niektórymi modelami w 1/72 i dopiero dobre zdjęcia są w stanie ":złapać" jego urodę.
